Liliana Bridal House is a premier bridal boutique dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our brides and their families. We are looking for a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Weekend Bridal Stylist + Receptionist & Sales to join our team and be the first friendly face our brides meet when they walk through the door.
This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations during the weekend.

Duties

• Welcome brides and families with a friendly, positive attitude
• Assist brides during appointments to help them find their dream dress
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk flow
• Support sales by presenting gowns, accessories, and special-order options
• Keep fitting rooms and the sales floor tidy and organized
• Process payments, contracts, and customer information
• Deliver an exceptional, memorable experience to every guest

Skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Experience with phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently
• Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to operate computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping
• Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry and correspondence
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment

Requirements:

• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (hours may vary based on appointments)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail or reception experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Outgoing, professional, and reliable
• Comfortable working in a retail or fashion environment
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Experience in bridal or retail sales is a must.

• Ability to create a warm, celebratory, and memorable environment for every bride and her guests
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on making each appointment feel special and seamless
• Comfortable guiding brides through an emotional and meaningful purchase with confidence and care
