About Next|Health
Next|Health is a premier longevity and wellness brand, offering an integrated suite of high-end services including IV therapy and infusions, hormone optimization, HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy), peptide and aesthetic treatments, and executive-level diagnostic testing. We're a growing, multi-location organization with clinics across the West Coast and beyond.
About the Role
We're looking for a sales-driven General Manager to lead our Montecito clinic. This is a GM role at its core, but success in this position is measured first and foremost by membership sales, revenue growth, and overall clinic performance. The ideal candidate is a natural closer who also happens to be an excellent operator — someone who can drive top-line growth across our membership tiers and service lines (IV/infusion, hormone and peptide therapy, aesthetics, and diagnostic testing) while keeping the clinic running smoothly.
If you thrive on hitting targets, love the challenge of converting prospects into loyal members, and want to build a business — not just manage one — this role is for you.
Montecito is one of our premier markets, serving an affluent client base that values white-glove service alongside real clinical results. This is an opportunity to lead in a market where the brand, the location, and the client relationships all support a strong sales conversation.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Growth (Primary Focus)
- Own membership sales targets and drive new member acquisition, upgrades, and retention
- Convert prospective clients and walk-in leads into paying members through consultative, high-touch sales
- Build and execute local sales strategies to hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue goals
- Track and report on key sales KPIs: lead conversion rate, membership growth, average revenue per client, cancellations/attrition
- Partner with sales and marketing teams on local growth initiatives, referral programs, community partnerships, and events to fill the pipeline
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across memberships, IV/infusion services, hormone and peptide therapy, aesthetics, and diagnostic testing
- Coach and hold the front-line team accountable to sales behaviors and conversion goals, not just service delivery
Clinic & Team Leadership
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience that supports the sales funnel end to end
- Lead and guide a multidisciplinary team (clinical and non-clinical) with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and performance
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and the full employee lifecycle to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for location-based team members
- Develop team members through ongoing coaching, training, and performance management — including sales coaching
Compliance & Operations (Supporting the Business)
- Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including patient privacy standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal, safety, and compliance requirements
- Manage budgets and operational efficiency in support of revenue targets
- Ensure the facility remains safe, well-maintained, and aligned with brand standards
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providers, and community stakeholders
Qualifications
Sales (Must-Have)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales/revenue targets, ideally in a membership-based, subscription, or high-end service model
- Experience with consultative selling, closing techniques, and pipeline/CRM management
- Comfortable owning a P&L and being measured on revenue outcomes, not just operational smoothness
Leadership & Operations
- 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, fitness/membership, or a related sales-driven service industry
- Experience managing and developing diverse teams
- Working knowledge of HR practices, including recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to problem-solve and navigate internal and external challenges effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to sell the vision internally and externally
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in a healthcare or wellness setting preferred
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable being held accountable to numbers
- High level of professionalism with a client-first, closer's mindset
- Comfortable using CRM, POS, and operational systems
