DDC/Energy Management System Applications Engineer

Enviromatic Systems, Inc. installs DDC control systems in commercial office buildings, schools, hospitals, colleges and government buildings.

Full-time duties included but not limited to:

· Creating control drawings in VISIO

· Ensuring proper electrical wiring diagrams

· System architecture and layout

· Drafting sequence of operations

· Communicating with programmer, project manager, and sales engineer to ensure proper scope of work

· Coordination with internal and external customers

· Creating bill of materials

· Wiring termination and panel layout detailing

· Documentation of as-built manuals

· >95% of job is performed in an office environment. Minimal field work.

Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Service driven attitude

· Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC control systems

· Experience with MEP plan/spec interpretation and application

· Ability to survey existing facility systems

· Excellent writing skills

· Responsiveness to customers and coworkers

· Experience with drawings and or computer graphics

· Strong sense of urgency

· Well organized and able to multi-task

· Teamwork and strong problem solving abilities
