Role Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site position serving a partnership supporting residential treatment programs in Louisville and Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

In this role, you'll provide behavior analytic assessment, treatment planning, clinical supervision, and consultation for youth and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. You'll partner with direct support professionals, residential staff, families, and interdisciplinary providers to create individualized, compassionate, and effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

Required

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• At least one year experience
• Kentucky Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Experience working with co-occurring mental health diagnoses.
• Experience in residential, inpatient, or crisis stabilization settings.
• Passion for mentoring staff and contributing to program development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
