Job Summary

Duties

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide outstanding service and support.
• Conduct warm calling and outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage leads, and update account information accurately.
• Present product features and benefits clearly, leveraging consultative selling techniques to meet customer needs effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency with sales automation technologies and sales technology adoption to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Negotiate terms with clients, handle objections professionally, and close deals confidently to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on outreach strategies and participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or B2B sales environments with a focus on technology or related industries.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud and CRM system proficiency is essential.
• Experience with sales automation technologies, telemarketing, outbound calling, and deal closing processes.
• Demonstrated success in customer service roles with excellent phone communication skills and client relationship management.
• Business development experience coupled with a solid understanding of marketing principles is preferred.
• Ability to adopt new sales technology tools quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism in call center or call-based environments.
