Overview: IBTCI is seeking a Team Leader for a Department of State Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT) Foreign Assistance Performance Evaluations contract proposal. If awarded this contract, IBTCI will conduct performance evaluations of CT’s programming and produce reports providing findings, conclusions, and recommendations on how to maximize program effectiveness and return on investment. The contractor will be expected to complete at least three evaluations per year.
This is a one-year contract with two option years.
This is a full-time position contingent upon award.
Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
The Team Leader will provide technical direction and overall guidance for all activities under this task order and supervise the work of all contractor staff. The Team Lead will also serve as the primary liaison to the COR and CT’s POC.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field. PhD preferred.
Working Environment: Work is typically performed in an office environment, with some time spent in the field.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has supervisory responsibilities of a team of individuals and subcontractors.
Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Travel: International travel may be required.
Pay Transparency Statement: We are dedicated to ensuring a thoughtful, compliant, and equitable approach to employment compensation. Our commitment includes conducting a comprehensive salary analysis that considers individual skill sets, qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated pay range for this position is $134,000 - $180,000 USD annually.
