Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Supervisors and General Managers to lead our hospitality teams in delivering exceptional food and service experiences. Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards
• Lead staff training and development to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to food safety protocols
• Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including register operations and daily financial reconciliation
• Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between team members and efficient workflow
• Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build strong hospitality teams
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings
• Enforce food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health department standards
• Lead team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment
• Support culinary operations by supervising food production, catering events, or banquet services as needed

Skills

• Proven experience in food service management within quick service, fast food, casual dining, or fine dining environments
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively and managing staff training programs
• Expertise in inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis to optimize restaurant performance
• Skilled in food safety management practices and food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff training, and team leadership
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling, order accuracy, and financial reporting
• Experience with kitchen management including food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary supervision
• Familiarity with hospitality management principles across various settings including hotel or catering environments
• Strong managerial communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: $45,794.48 - $65,000.00 per year
