Assistant General Manager – Pizza Hut Hawaii

In this role, you’ll support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, and ensuring excellent customer service. You’ll lead by example—maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency while motivating team members to perform at their best. You’ll also help drive sales, manage costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards. When needed, you’ll confidently step in to run the restaurant and make key decisions.

We’re looking for dependable, energetic individuals with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Previous supervisory or restaurant experience is preferred, and open availability is required.
