Job Overview

StayOnline is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Operations Coordinator/Production Supervisor to support daily operations across production, warehouse, quality, and safety functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys solving problems, and can effectively coordinate across multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly.

The Operations Coordinator/Production Supervisor will play a key role in production planning and execution, inventory control, quality support, and workplace safety compliance. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to balance competing priorities while supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Process and release production work orders.
• Coordinate production scheduling and workflow priorities.
• Track open work orders and monitor production progress.
• Identify material shortages or production bottlenecks and coordinate resolution.
• Work closely with customer service, planning, and operations teams to align production with customer demand.
• Support communication between departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Warehouse & Inventory

• Coordinate physical inventories and cycle count programs.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Oversee and coordinate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing.
• Ensure returned goods are properly documented, evaluated, and routed.

Quality Support

• Assist with incoming inspections of materials and products.
• Assist the Quality Manager with internal ISO audits.

Safety & Compliance

• Support OSHA compliance and workplace safety initiatives.
• Assist with PPE compliance.
• Support incident documentation and corrective actions.
• Support continuous safety education.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, operations, or production coordination.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production scheduling, inventory management, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and general workplace compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Combination of office, production floor, and warehouse activity.
• Frequent walking, standing, and interaction with operational teams.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25–50 pounds as needed.
