Job Summary

Nations Best CPR is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry – Customer Support – Administrative Clerk to support daily office operations. This role combines administrative assistance, accurate data management, and exceptional customer service to ensure an efficient experience for students, clients, and team members. The ideal candidate is organized, computer proficient, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain customer records with accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional manner.
• Schedule CPR and First Aid training classes and manage appointment calendars.
• Process registrations, payments, and issue course confirmations.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
• Support instructors and management with daily administrative tasks.
• Monitor office email and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Perform general clerical duties, including scanning, copying, and document preparation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong typing and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
