Seasonal/TEMP -Customer Service/Order Entry Associate

Work Days: Monday - Friday (36-40 hours/week)
Location: Onsite at Playworld in Lewisburg, PA
Responsibilities include:
Accurately enter customer orders/warranty claims into the order management system
Review/Edit orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and delivery requirements
Respond to customer inquiries via phone,online chat, and email in a professional and timely manner
Resolve basic order issues, discrepancies, and status questions
Communicate with internal departments (sales, shipping, operations) as needed
Research historical documentation to assist Customer Service and Sales
Filing and maintaining digital documentation
Support the customer service team with additional administrative tasks during peak periods
Contributing to team effort with a positive attitude
Qualified applicants will have:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP or order entry system experience a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable attendance throughout the seasonal assignment
