Duties

• Support the implementation of Agile software development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop web applications utilizing frameworks like React Express and front-end technologies.
• Participate in version control workflows using tools such as GitHub, Git, SVN, and manage code repositories effectively.
• Help optimize database interactions by working with SQL databases like MySQL and SQL Server; assist in designing database schemas for application needs.
• Gain exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for deploying and managing scalable systems; support CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including Linux environments and network fundamentals.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, or VBA is preferred.
• Knowledge of web development technologies including JavaScript, React, REST APIs, and front-end/back-end integration.
• Understanding of software engineering principles like design patterns, system design for system development, scalability, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or SVN; awareness of CI/CD processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn new technologies like Quantum engineering concepts or RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within an Agile team environment.
