This executive leadership role owns clinical workflow oversight, radiologist staffing and scheduling, client relationships, technology infrastructure, and vendor management, and plays a critical part in scaling operations while maintaining service excellence for our hospital and imaging center partners.
The VP of Operations works closely with Luneta’s executive team — including the COO, CFO, and CMO — and with physician leadership to ensure high-quality, reliable radiology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Staffing & Scheduling: Own radiologist scheduling, PTO/CME planning, backup coverage, and operational escalations.
- Workflow Management: Provide day-to-day oversight of workflow efficiency, coverage, and real-time troubleshooting.

- Client Onboarding & Relations: Lead client onboarding and serve as the primary operational contact for hospital and imaging center partners.
- Technical Infrastructure: Oversee PACS, VPN access, and radiologist workstation implementations and reliability.
- Vendor & Staff Management: Manage internal operations staff, including 2–4 direct reports, and oversee third-party vendors, including credentialing, licensing, and IT hardware/software providers.
- Executive Reporting: Collaborate with the COO, CFO, and CMO to prepare for client quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Data & Analytics: Maintain dashboards and reporting for clinical, operational, and financial metrics.
- On-Call Systems: Develop and coordinate administrative and radiology on-call processes.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead operational initiatives supporting the scaling and long-term growth of the practice.
