PrimeSpan is a national wellness organization focused on supporting adults aged 55+ in improving their lifestyle habits, movement, sleep, mindset, and overall healthspan. Our coaching model provides structure, motivation, and accountability to help older adults live better, longer, and more confidently. We are expanding our national network of Certified Longevity Coaches to meet rising demand.

About This Position

This posting is for a paid coaching role.

PrimeSpan Coaches must hold the PrimeSpan Coach Certification, which is the professional credential required for coaching on our platform—similar to how CPR, personal training certifications, or other professional designations are required in comparable fields.

The certification is completed before beginning any coaching responsibilities. Candidates interested in pursuing the required credential and moving into a contracted coaching role are encouraged to apply.

Once certified, coaches work remotely as 1099 independent contractors, set their own schedules, and receive client referrals through the PrimeSpan platform.

What Coaches Do (After Certification)

Certified PrimeSpan Coaches provide non-medical, non-therapeutic lifestyle and accountability coaching for adults aged 55+. Responsibilities include:

• Guiding clients through evidence-informed lifestyle routines
• Supporting habit formation around movement, mindset, and daily structure
• Encouraging consistency, motivation, and progress
• Conducting virtual check-ins or sessions
• Maintaining timely communication and professional boundaries
• Using PrimeSpan tools for scheduling, notes, and tracking
• Growing your coaching practice based on your availability

Required Credential (Completed Prior to Start Date)

To coach with PrimeSpan, candidates must hold the PrimeSpan Coach Certification, which ensures coaches meet our standards for communication, ethics, and client support.

Certification Overview:

• Format: Online, self-paced with guided elements
• Length: Approximately 45 days
• Required prior to coaching on the PrimeSpan platform

This certification is a prerequisite credential—not a job, internship, or training program.

Compensation (varies based on client load, hours worked, and certification completion)

Certified coaches earn income as independent contractors through:

• Paid coaching sessions
• Referral opportunities
• Optional specialty coaching tracks
• Performance-based bonuses

Actual earnings vary based on schedule, availability, and client volume.
