• Manage inventory of display materials, props, and signage; oversee inventory control and replenishment to maintain display quality.
• Implement planograms—visual diagrams that specify product placement—to ensure displays meet merchandising standards and sales objectives.
• Coordinate installation of displays efficiently while maintaining safety standards; troubleshoot and adjust displays as needed for maximum impact.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and management to ensure display timelines are met and visual standards are upheld.

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, interior design, or related fields within retail environments.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, layout design, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Knowledge of planogram creation, merchandising strategies, inventory management, and retail math.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and convey creative ideas clearly.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple projects simultaneously; strong organizational skills are essential.
• Familiarity with retail sales processes including pricing strategies, cashiering procedures, customer service standards, and cash handling is advantageous.
