Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting warehouse distribution activities, and assisting with procurement and stock management processes. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth operations, optimize inventory levels, and contribute to overall supply chain efficiency. Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and data collection to ensure accuracy across warehouse management systems.
• Support warehouse distribution activities, including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling.
• Collaborate with department crew leaders on sourcing, supplier management, and contract administration to optimize pricing and supply chain performance.
• Participate in root cause analysis to resolve inventory discrepancies or stock shortages, contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with demand planning, stock replenishment, and logistics coordination to support efficient materials management and production planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in supply chain management or logistics is a plus.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data trends and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and process documentation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including materials handling; heavy lifting may occasionally be required.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams including purchasing, merchandising, and logistics. Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
