Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually compelling websites using web design principles, responsive web design techniques, and user interface (UI) best practices.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups utilizing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to visualize concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
• Implement front-end development tasks using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Bootstrap, and other modern frameworks to bring designs to life seamlessly across devices.
• Enhance website usability and accessibility by applying web accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability testing methodologies to ensure an inclusive user experience.
• Develop engaging motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate (formerly Flash), or similar tools to add dynamic elements to web pages.
• Optimize websites for SEO performance by integrating content management systems like WordPress or Drupal and applying best practices for search engine visibility.
• Conduct website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting while ensuring security protocols are followed for ongoing website health.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital design, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), and layout design for websites.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design principles, information architecture, and user research methodologies.
• Proficiency in web development languages including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, SQL/MySQL databases, and version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React.js, Bootstrap, and responsive web design techniques.
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal for website management and updates.
• Ability to analyze web analytics data using tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics to inform design improvements.
• Excellent skills in wireframing tools such as Balsamiq or Axure; knowledge of prototyping tools like Adobe XD or InVision is a plus.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG), usability testing procedures, and UX best practices.
• Knowledge of motion graphics creation with Adobe After Effects or similar software is desirable.
