We are expanding our team and are actively recruiting dedicated, bilingual therapists for both our Irving, Texas clinic and our virtual telehealth practice. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. Position Overview: This dual-role recruitment effort includes two distinct positions:

Required Qualifications Candidates must possess strict bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English, encompassing reading, writing, comprehension, and clinical delivery in both languages, with a culturally sensitive approach to diverse populations. A clean, current, and active Texas license is required.
Eligible licenses include:LPC — Licensed Professional Counselor — Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (Associates are welcome; supervision is paid by Mindlux) LCSW — Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Licensed Master Social Worker.
For the virtual role, applicants must hold a valid Texas license, as clients must be physically located in Texas during sessions in accordance with Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) regulations. For the in-person role, candidates must be able to commute to the Irving, Texas office. All candidates should have a strong foundation in evidence-based therapy practices, specifically trauma-informed care and CBT, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key ResponsibilitiesTherapists at Mindlux provide comprehensive mental health services across individual, group, family, and child/youth therapy formats, delivered in both in-person and telehealth settings. Core responsibilities include:Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning. Clinicians conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine client needs. They develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.Therapy DeliveryTherapists deliver specialized CBT and trauma-focused therapy with an emphasis on pain management and stress recovery following accidents, ensuring culturally competent care in both Spanish and English. All therapists are expected to complete 45-minute client sessions followed by 15 minutes of clinical documentation within the allocated hour.
Documentation & Compliance
Clinicians utilize clinical documentation standards to accurately record patient care activities within EMR/EHR systems while maintaining full HIPAA compliance and safeguarding client confidentiality. AI documentation tools are approved to assist with note-writing. Crisis Intervention & Case Management: Therapists implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management techniques to support clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or co-occurring disorders. They also engage in case management activities, including patient assessment, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and follow-up care coordination.Multidisciplinary Collaboration Clinicians collaborate with multidisciplinary teams — including social workers, medical professionals, educators, and support staff — to optimize client outcomes and ensure comprehensive, holistic care delivery. Clinical Skills & SpecializationsMindlux values clinicians with broad therapeutic expertise. Candidates must have a private, quiet, and confidential workspace with a professional setup, reliable high-speed internet, and a computer equipped with a webcam and microphone.
Schedule & Compensation: Full-time positions are available for both roles. Virtual therapists may also choose flexible scheduling (Monday through Sunday, 7 am to 7 pm) with PRN/as-needed hours. Compensation is paid per therapeutic hour completed (45-minute session + 15-minute documentation).

Mindlux covers the cost of clinical supervision for LPC-A and LMSW candidates, as well as all required software costs, including the paid version of Zoom. All clients are provided by the company — no marketing or client acquisition is required by the therapist. Administrative support for documentation is also available. A comprehensive benefits package will be outlined during the interview process.
