Duties

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, water trucks, dump trucks, and track loaders to perform various construction tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Follow detailed safety regulations and occupational safety standards to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
• Assist with site preparation by leveling ground, moving materials, and managing site logistics using appropriate machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage efficiently and execute project plans accurately.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times during operations to minimize risk of injury.
• Willing to set retaining wall block, install utilities, run various saws, and a shovel when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating construction machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators and other heavy equipment on construction sites.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on various types of construction machinery.
• Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and occupational safety standards; certification in PPE use is preferred.
• Construction site experience demonstrating knowledge of project workflows and machinery handling in diverse environments.
• Ability to operate specialized equipment such as cranes or farm machinery when required for specific project tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety compliance.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
