What You'll Be Doing:

• Review loan and funding documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Verify information and resolve discrepancies prior to funding
• Ensure all required documents, signatures, and approvals are obtained
• Enter and maintain accurate loan information within company systems
• Communicate with dealerships, credit unions, and internal teams to facilitate timely funding
• Assist in resolving documentation and processing issues
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Support process improvement efforts and contribute to team success
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to internal and external partners

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in banking, lending, customer service, administrative support, or financial services preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to commute to Greenwood Village, CO
