Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the following:

• Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for small businesses, estates, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Training and supervising junior staff to ensure a high standard of work and professional growth.
• Actively recruiting new business and building a robust client portfolio.
• Engaging with the local business community through participation in boards, chambers, and other professional organizations.
• Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with a sophisticated client base.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A current CPA license.
• At least 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a specialization in small business, estate, and personal income tax.
• Strong technical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• The desire to live and work locally in the Ormond Beach, Florida area.
• A strong interest in a long-term commitment with a clear goal of achieving partner status within 5 – 7 years.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
