Location: El Monte & City of Industry, CA

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Cabinet & Flooring Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in the building materials industry, particularly with kitchen cabinets, flooring, and related products, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service while driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Provide professional product recommendations and assist customers in selecting cabinets, flooring, and other building materials that best fit their project needs.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and retail customers.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth daily operations.
• Perform general office administrative duties and maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in building materials is required, preferably with kitchen cabinets, flooring, countertops, or related products.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong knowledge of cabinet, flooring, or other construction materials is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to generate sales and develop new business.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, and QuickBooks (or similar business software).
• Experience working with contractors, builders, interior designers, or remodeling projects is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
