Job Summary

Agave LD, LLC is looking for a Landscape Designer / Sales professional to join our growing residential design team.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys client interaction, field work, and bringing landscape concepts to life, while also being rewarded for projects they help sell. You will manage a set of residential accounts, handle assigned design leads, perform site visits, and propose landscape designs and upgrades when requested.

This is not a desk-only role — you’ll be out in the field, meeting clients, reviewing properties, and collaborating with our internal teams to deliver high-quality landscape projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage assigned residential landscape accounts
• Conduct site visits to review quality, scope, and client needs
• Identify landscape upsell opportunities during site visits
• Create and present landscape design proposals when requested
• Handle new residential landscape design leads assigned to you
• Follow up on proposals and work toward closing projects
• Coordinate with internal production and operations teams
• Maintain strong, professional client relationships
• Represent Agave LD in a professional and positive manner

Compensation

• Base Salary + Commission:

• Training includes company standards, pricing, design process, and sales workflow
• Ongoing support from leadership and operations teams

Required Qualifications (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture OR another Design-Related Degree from a University (REQUIRED)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable meeting clients and discussing design solutions
• Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects and appointments
• Willingness to work both in the field and in the office

This Role Is NOT a Fit If:

• You want a design-only, behind-the-desk position
• You dislike meeting clients or being in the field
• You are uncomfortable discussing pricing or proposals
• You are looking for a short-term or low-responsibility role

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
