Job Purpose: The purpose of this position is to assist the Manager in maintaining the continuity and efficiency of departmental functions by performing necessary duties. This position is responsible for instruction and supporting the professional growth of the registration staff. Creating training materials and resources to supplement training and serve as a resource for staff on all registration functions.
Education: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Possess an Associate's degree from an accredited college.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: None required.
Experience: Possess two (2) years experience in Registration/Admissions or Patient Accounts.
Preferred: Prior experience with staff scheduling and training and third party payer knowledge.
Hours will fluctuate depending on departmental needs
