What will I be doing? As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: · Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. · Serve beverages and food promptly, accurately, and courteously, following standard recipes and portion control.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and other hotel outlets to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations. · Prepare, stock, and maintain the bar, including garnishes, perishables, and supplies, based on daily projections. · Handle cash and register transactions accurately, ensuring accountabilities for all beverages served. · Check guests for proper identification and manage guest inebriation according to training and local liquor laws.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas, adhering to operating procedures. · Promote Hilton services and facilities to guests and suppliers. · Take personal responsibility for guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally. · Collaborate effectively with team members, providing support and clear communication.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any accidents or incidents to management. · Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by management. Expectations: · Maintain a professional demeanor, including polite language, positive attitude, and courteous interactions. · Stay informed about hotel operations, restaurant hours, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
