Responsibilities

• Lead shower and remodeling installations from start to finish.
• Maintain exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
• Coordinate projects, materials, and scheduling.
• Lead and mentor installation crews.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Represent Elevate Shower Co. with professionalism, integrity, and pride.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of remodeling experience preferred.
• Experience with shower remodeling, bathrooms, decks, or general residential remodeling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into a long-term leadership role.

Compensation

This is a 1099 Managing Partner opportunity with performance-based compensation paid as a percentage of completed gross revenue, offering unlimited earning potential.

Top-performing Managing Partners have the opportunity to earn $120,000 to $200,000+ annually while helping build one of North Carolina's fastest-growing remodeling companies.
