Title of position: Treasurer Accounting Lead

Position type: Full-time

Annual Salary: $64,926

Location: Graham County

Description of responsibilities:

· Collects property taxes-current and delinquent.

· Meets the public and receives phone calls.

· Service to the general public.

· Bookkeeping.

· Data entry.

· Clerical support.

· Prepare deposits.

· Disbursements of Funds.

· Account Reconciliation.

· Counter work / Cashier.

· Works with other departments on receipting funds.

· Processes and tracks Mortgage company Payments.

· Manages and tracks bond payments and interest.

· Responsible for office records management.

· Journal entries

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree in accounting or related field; AND three years of governmental fund accounting experience with at least one year of supervisory experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Possession of a valid Arizona driver’s license, with a history of safe driving and the ability to maintain a safe driving record.
