CDM (Contract Deal Management Team Lead)

A CDM (Contract Deal Management) Team Lead oversees a commercial pricing and contracts team. They collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to develop financial models, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure contract viability and operational support for complex deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Negotiation: Partnering with Legal and Sales teams to negotiate contract terms.
• Business Case Development: Leading the development of business cases and securing executive approval for complex, high-value deals.
• Pricing & Modeling: Performing financial modeling and providing strategic guidance on commercial terms and pricing.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Ensuring alignment between customer contracts and vendor agreements to mitigate financial and legal risks

Job Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or Law) or 4+ years of relevant equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 6+ years of relevant work experience in contract strategy, pricing, or financial analysis, alongside previous leadership or team management experience.

Core Competencies & Skills:

• Pricing & Financial Strategy: Deep expertise in developing competitive bids, performing price-to-win (PTW) analyses, and understanding the telecommunications/tech industry landscape.
• Contract Management: Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents, including master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and statements of work.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage, coach, and direct staff while collaborating effectively with senior leaders, legal counsel, and external partners.
• Technical Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and G-Suite for complex financial modeling and data reporting

Pay: Up to $49,920.00 per year
