Compensation:
- Performance Based Commission salary only during founding phase
- Once 3-milestone partnerships secured will convert to structured annual salary below:
- Founding Executive Base Salary: $250,000–$500,000 annually (commensurate with experience and organizational growth)

About CARE-INF™
CARE-INF™ (Care Infrastructure) is developing the nation's first Verified Competency Infrastructure™, designed to strengthen educational success, workforce readiness, professional development, and lifelong competency across healthcare and education.
Our mission is to build the infrastructure that supports learners from the classroom to professional practice.
As we expand nationally, CARE-INF™ is launching CARE-INF™ Pathways, a K–12 division dedicated to helping students discover their strengths, explore meaningful careers, and build pathways to future success through innovative educational partnerships.
We are seeking a visionary executive to become the Founding President of CARE-INF™ Pathways and lead the development of this national initiative.
Position Summary
The Founding President will serve as the chief executive leader for CARE-INF™ Pathways and will be responsible for developing a nationally scalable K–12 education and workforce innovation strategy.
This executive will work closely with the Founder & CEO to establish strategic partnerships with school districts, state departments of education, career and technical education (CTE) programs, foundations, workforce agencies, colleges, universities, and community organizations.
The Founding President will help shape the future of career exploration, student success, and workforce development while building one of the nation's most innovative educational infrastructure initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Leadership
- Develop and execute the national strategic vision for CARE-INF™ Pathways.
- Build and lead the K–12 executive leadership team.
- Establish annual strategic priorities and measurable organizational goals.
- Represent CARE-INF™ at national education, workforce, and policy conferences.
- Advise the Founder & CEO on K–12 strategy and growth.
Strategic Partnerships
Develop partnerships with:
- Public school districts
- Charter school networks
- Private schools
- State Departments of Education
- Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs
- Community colleges
- Universities
- Workforce boards
- Healthcare organizations
- Philanthropic foundations
- Corporate education partners
Program Development
Lead the creation and implementation of:
- CARE-INF™ Student Snapshot™
- CARE-INF™ Pathways™
- Student Leadership Programs
- Career Exploration Frameworks
- Healthcare Workforce Pathways
- College Readiness Initiatives
- Workforce Readiness Programs
- AI-Assisted Student Success Insights
- Educator Professional Development
Growth & Business Development
- Identify new partnership opportunities.
- Lead institutional outreach efforts.
- Support grant development.
- Collaborate with marketing on national awareness campaigns.
- Negotiate partnership agreements.
- Support fundraising and philanthropic engagement.
Research & Innovation
- Foster research collaborations with educational institutions.
- Promote evidence-informed educational innovation.
- Support publication and dissemination of program outcomes.
- Advance ethical and responsible use of AI in education.
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctorate (EdD, PhD, or equivalent preferred)
- Master's degree required if accompanied by exceptional executive experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible educational leadership
- Experience leading district-wide or statewide initiatives
- Experience developing strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated success in organizational growth and innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel nationally

Experience in one or more of the following:
