Carolina Advanced Medicine is a growing specialty clinic helping men and women improve bladder control and pelvic floor function through non-invasive, non-surgical therapy. Many of our patients have struggled for years with bladder leakage, urgency, and frequent nighttime urination before finding us. We offer something that genuinely works—and we're looking for a provider who wants to be part of delivering it.

About the Role

We're seeking a Physician Assistant to lead the clinical side of our pelvic floor program. You'll perform patient evaluations, oversee individualized care plans, and provide the clinical guidance that anchors each patient's program. Our therapy is non-invasive and fully clothed—delivered through an FDA-cleared device backed by 25+ years of peer-reviewed research—and administered by trained therapy staff under your oversight.

This is a great fit for a provider who values patient education, enjoys building relationships over a course of care, and wants meaningful work in a focused, specialized program. Pelvic floor experience is welcome but not required—we provide training and protocols, with medical directorship in place.

What You'll Do

• Perform clinical evaluations to assess pelvic floor function and determine candidacy for the program
• Develop and oversee individualized care plans
• Educate patients on their condition, the therapy, and what to expect across their program
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
• Provide clinical oversight and support to the therapy team throughout each patient's course of care
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Active PA license in North Carolina
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient-education skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a care team
• Pelvic floor, urology, or women's health experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time, 15–30 hours per week
• $58-$67/hour
