As an IT systems analyst senior or lead on the Corporate IT Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team, you’ll support the integration of Corporate IT systems for newly acquired companies and help establish repeatable processes that support future integrations. In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders across a variety of business functions, including HR, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Claims, and Commercial Lines, to gather and document business and technical requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and support technology integration efforts. You’ll create process maps and documentation, contribute to M&A playbooks, and help translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
