Job Description
The EVS General Manager provides onsite leadership and operational oversight for environmental services (EVS) K-12 School District client facilities. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for coordinating and managing daily janitorial and housekeeping services to ensure clean, safe, and compliant environments that meet contractual, regulatory, and client expectations.
This position serves as the primary onsite leader for EVS staff, driving workforce performance, operational efficiency, and service quality across both locations. The EVS Operations Manager oversees staffing, scheduling, and service delivery while proactively addressing operational needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. Success in this role requires the ability to balance hands-on supervision with strategic coordination in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Physical requirements: Employee is required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Frequently to constantly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk/hear, see, taste/smell, and carry weight/lift.
Travel:Employee may travel up to 25% to various locations within the U.S. and/or remote locations and may be required to use alternative modes of transportation, including but not limited to snow machines, boats, small airplanes, and ATVs.
