Join Our Team as a Machine Builder – Final Assembly Team Lead

What You’ll Do

As our Final Assembly Team Lead, you will:

• Lead, coach, and support a skilled team of machine builders to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly.
• Assemble and wire push-button boxes, electric motors, transformers, relay and timer sockets, circuit boards, hydraulic piping, hoses, and hydraulic power units.
• Interpret blueprints and electrical/hydraulic schematics, turning detailed drawings into accurate, production-ready equipment.
• Build, install, test, and troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Use a wide range of tools and equipment, including grinders, saws, calipers, welders, belt sanders, shears, forming brakes, pipe cutters/threaders, acetylene and plasma torches, clamps, and precision measuring devices.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset by ensuring every build meets quality standards, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Work independently while collaborating cross-functionally to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical training through vocational school, community college, or hands-on industry experience.
• 5+ years of machine-building experience, including electrical and hydraulic systems.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, ideally in a technical, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Comfortable working in various physical positions, including crouching, kneeling, lying down, and accessing low-clearance spaces (down to 40”).
