CJ Logistics America is seeking an Operations Training Lead to own training quality and consistency across our logistics center network. In this role, you will build a strong bench of certified trainers, roll out standardized learning plans, and support new site startups, system conversions, and strategic projects. This role requires travel between locations to onboard staff, stabilize performance, and audit compliance.
Location: This position works a hybrid schedule out of one of our Logistics Centers and would be expected to be in person 4 days a week and 1 day remote.
You will spend your time in a hybrid environment—balancing office tasks with active, hands-on leadership directly on the warehouse floor.
Content Management: Keep all SOPs, digital learning tools, and physical training materials current, functional, and accessible.
Physical Capability: Ability to wear required PPE (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, high-visibility vests) and work on-site within warehouse environments containing varying temperatures, loud noises, concrete floors, and industrial vehicle traffic.
