Ramirez, Johnson, and Associates is expanding and we are searching for a leader who can influence quality, guide people, and help shape the direction of our mechanical engineering practice. We are a collaborative MEP engineering firm located in Denver’s RiNo District. Our projects span high performance affordable housing, breweries, restaurants, municipal facilities, and major transportation hubs. What You Will Do

• Lead mechanical system design across commercial, municipal, and specialty building projects
• Manage project delivery and coordination from early concept through construction
• Mentor, support, and guide junior and mid level engineers
• Review engineering documents for quality, performance, and constructability
• Advance technical standards, workflows, and best practices within the mechanical discipline
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and design partners

What You Bring

• 6 to 12 years experience in mechanical building system design
• Mechanical Engineering degree required
• Strong HVAC and plumbing design capabilities with proficiency in Revit and CAD
• Ability to oversee projects, manage schedules, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Clear communication skills, professional presence, and a leadership mindset
• Commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
