Prior experience in livestock/equestrian western lifestyle industry is preferred

Full time-part time Week days and week ends

Working with customers to assist them with purchases

Zoning and recovery of product in department

Taking care of customer needs, sales, stocking, cleaning

Has knowledge of products sold and participates in continuing education.

Promotes teamwork and customer service excellence, dresses in appropriate attire, maintains regular and punctual attendance, accepts assignments with an open, cooperative, positive and team-oriented attitude.

Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of all aspects of department operation.

Promotes and ensures that the customer service delivered is of the highest quality and that the standard bar continues to be elevated per the goals for the department.

All other duties as assigned by Store Manager.

Requires days, evenings and weekend availability

2-3 Years of retail store entry level leadership experience.

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

Moderate computer skills.'
