As a Lead Motive Service Team Member for our products and services, responsibilities will include:

• Visiting customer facilities to evaluate needs, and develop solutions.
• Developing a strong grasp of the features and capabilities of multiple product lines.
• Installation of all makes and models, small and large, forklift battery and power systems.
• Maintenance of existing systems.
• Exceeding our customer’s expectations.
• Some travel required

Ideal candidates will have:

• Must have experience with installation and maintenance of forklift batteries and chargers.
• High degree of initiative and dependability
• Strong customer service/solutions focus.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Basic mechanical skills
• Basic electronics knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Computer literacy a plus.
