Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution, financial performance, client relationships, field coordination, and team leadership while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing electrical construction projects in manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, commercial, or mission-critical environments and possesses strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects simultaneously
• Prepare and oversee electrical estimating for small and large-scale commercial and industrial projects
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
• Oversee project financials including forecasting, cost tracking, billing, and profitability
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field leadership
• Supervise Project Managers, Foreman, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company procedures
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Conduct project meetings and provide executive-level reporting
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Maintain strong customer relationships and pursue repeat business opportunities

Experience

• 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience
• Experience estimating small and large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Strong understanding of electrical estimating, labor forecasting, material takeoffs, and project costing
• Proven ability to develop accurate bids and budgets for complex electrical construction projects
• Experience managing large commercial and/or industrial electrical projects
• Strong understanding of NEC codes, electrical systems, and construction processes
• Proven success managing project budgets and schedules
