Friends, families, and co-worker’s face-off playing Survey Battles, Spin and Solve, What’s that Cost, MatchUp Wars and Time Rush Games in our custom game show arenas. As General Manager, you will have an amazing opportunity to assemble and lead an amazing team of local game show hosts and producers. Responsibilities

● Lead your team

● Lead the success of brand new Game Show Battle Rooms – Boston

● Hire your staff – your team of game show hosts and tech coordinators along with an Assistant Manager who will also host/produce shows

● Coordinate training of new game show hosts and producers

Sales

● Respond promptly to customer booking requests, emails and calls

● Process game show bookings using online booking system

● Coordinate and ensure on site success of large group bookings

● You have unlimited earning potential by growing your sales due to bonus structure

Human Resources

● Hire/train your team of hosts/techs

● Schedule your staff for game shows using online scheduling app

● Be onsite at game show location to supervise/evaluate staff

● Conduct quarterly team meetings to discuss new games/rules/policies if needed

● Track and submit payroll on bi-weekly basis

● Responsible for documenting staff performance and hire/terminate as needed

● Conduct annual performance evaluations of each member of your staff

Marketing

● Marketing budget each year to spend to help generate more sales

● Post on our social media accounts for increased customer engagement

Other

● Fill in as game show host or producer as needed (paid additionally for this work)

● Coordinate onsite repairs, cleaners, and other vendors as needed

● Handle beverage and alcohol orders; keep track of inventory

● Order new game show props and supplies as needed

● Other responsibilities may be added

Time-off

● 18 days total of vacation/paid time-off: 10 days of paid time-off and 8 paid holidays including New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

Expectations

● Start full-time – May with June opening – We will provide extensive General Manager training and will fly you to another Game Show Battle Rooms city to see how a current location operates

● Hire a full staff of ~20-25 game show hosts/producers by opening.

● Able to work 45-55 hours per week including weekends.

● Working on site or at other venues as needed

Compensation

● Total annual compensation of $90,000-$120,000+

· Base Salary + Revenue Share Program

· Additional incentive program for hitting milestone sales targets

· Revenue Sharing Program is additional pay based on straight percentage of sales and paid out bi-weekly.

· Revenue Share compensation based on your location sales performance.

Qualifications:

Ideally 2-3 years management experience and 1-2 years of restaurant experience
Experience handling high volume entertainment concepts
