Head Soccer Coach & Facility Director

Cyair Fútbol Development is seeking an experienced, motivated soccer professional to lead our indoor training facility and help grow our youth development programs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can coach at a high level, manage daily operations, build strong relationships with families, and treat the facility with an ownership mindset.

The right candidate will be responsible for both player development and the overall success of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead private, small-group, and team soccer training sessions
• Create structured training programs for players ages 4–14
• Manage daily facility operations, scheduling, and field usage
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise additional coaches
• Communicate professionally with parents, players, and staff
• Grow memberships, camps, clinics, rentals, and special programs
• Help plan and operate birthday parties, open-play sessions, camps, and community events
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment
• Track player progress and provide feedback to families
• Build relationships with local schools, clubs, churches, and community organizations
• Assist with marketing content and promoting programs when needed
• Handle customer concerns and ensure an excellent experience for every family

Qualifications

• Previous soccer coaching experience required
• Strong knowledge of youth player development
• Leadership or program-management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, organized, energetic, and professional
• Comfortable working with children and communicating with parents
• Available during afternoons, evenings, and some weekends
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Coaching license or relevant playing experience is a plus
• Must successfully complete a background check

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
