Job Title: LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Job Location(s): US - Atlanta, GA

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, in instructional design, human resources, business, organizational development, adult education, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in learning and development or instructional design, including hands-on facilitation experience.
• One year of experience building and managing eLearning and online training content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and AI tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills
• A proactive approach in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to follow through and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A professional learning or talent-development certification, such as CPTD or APTD.
• Experience working with diverse, global populations and dispersed teams.
• Experience managing a learning management system.
• Experience managing vendor relationships.
