As a learning and development project manager in the Change Management and Learning Development practice area, you will collaborate with team members to support a large-scale learning modernization initiative for the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS). This role will lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of multimedia solutions developed in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise while partnering with agency leadership, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Serving as a learning and development project manager, your day-to-day role as a NYSTEC consultant will include combining project management skills with experience supporting learning and development initiatives within New York State government or other highly regulated environments. They will translate complex policies and business processes into effective training solutions and can successfully manage stakeholder expectations throughout organizational change.
