A large multi-rooftop automotive group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented DMV / Motor Vehicle Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of dealership experience and must already have completed fingerprinting and a background check.

Computer proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all new and used retail and lease deals for title and registration for three dealerships
• Prepare and submit DMV paperwork while ensuring compliance with all New Jersey state requirements
• Verify the accuracy of titles, registrations, odometer statements, and all related documentation
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records in accordance with dealership and state requirements
• Resolve rejected or returned paperwork promptly and accurately
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted within required deadlines
• Assemble inspection stickers with license plates and registration documents
• Assist with additional office duties as needed

Qualifications

• CDK experience required
• Vitu processing knowledge required
• Minimum of one year of dealership experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of New Jersey title and registration procedures
• Ability to manage a high volume of paperwork while prioritizing multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Must have completed fingerprinting and a background check

Pay: $25.20 - $30.35 per hour
