Duties

• Cold Calling Very Warm Leads
• Manage and nurture client relationships via CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• This is a healthcare focused company so medical sales experience or previous experience in dental is a plus.
• Empathetic Person who can build trust
• Collaborate closely with the founder on sales strategies, market expansion initiatives, and partnership development
• Utilize inside and outside sales techniques to reach potential clients across remote environments, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities within CRM software for accurate forecasting and reporting

Qualifications

• Independant Worker
• Great Phone voice and Grammar
• Ability to contact over 300 people a day.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, technology or product-focused sales, or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong management skills with experience in business development, account management, or territory sales
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar sales management tools; ability to leverage CRM data for lead generation and customer insights
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with inside/outside sales strategies including cold calling, prospecting, and deal closing in remote settings
• Technical knowledge relevant to product demos or technology solutions is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving high-volume sales goals in a fast-moving environment
