As an Irrigation Installation Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing people, materials, and equipment while working alongside your crew in the field. You will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems at residential and commercial properties, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Installing new irrigation systems
• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining existing systems
• Troubleshooting valves, electrical components, pumps, clocks, and controllers
• Locating existing zones and valves
• Conducting seasonal start‑ups and shut‑downs
• Operating equipment such as trenchers, pipe-pullers, skid steers, and line locators
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professional job site standards

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of industry experience or equivalent
• Experience leading and managing work in the field
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Backflow Certification or ability to obtain certification within six (6) months of hire
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Competency in irrigation system repair, electrical troubleshooting, controller programming, pump repair, and general system maintenance
• Ability to perform complete system start-ups and winter shut-downs
• Proficiency with equipment commonly used in irrigation installation and maintenance
