Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming client enquiries via telephone, email, and digital platforms.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team of real estate agents to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Coordinate and schedule property viewings, client appointments, and team meetings.
• Maintain and accurately update client information and transaction details within our CRM system.
• Prepare, manage, and file important documents related to property listings, sales, and client agreements.
• Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely property transactions.
• Address and resolve customer queries and concerns with a high level of professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service, client care, or administrative role, preferably within the real estate or property industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
