Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day litigation support duties utilizing a suite of eDiscovery tools
• Handle complex ESI collections, data processing and transfer, database setup, and attorney review
• Create complex searches, document inquiries and templates for attorney review
• Maintain project management spreadsheets, inventory logs, and related documentation.
• Work with outside vendors
• Provide end-user training in litigation support tools
• Troubleshoot processing issues and work to streamline existing processes

Qualifications:

• Strong Excel skills
• General understanding of relational databases, system architecture, and networking.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple detailed tasks.
• Experience with LAW PreDiscovery, Document Review Platforms and other electronic processing software (Nuix, IPRO eCapture, or Ipro ADD) is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with search technologies and tools, such as Lucene, DTSearch, SQL Server, etc. is a plus,

but not required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with clients effectively
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
