We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our litigation team in our Manhattan office. This position is ideal for an attorney who possesses peerless analytical ability, methodical organization, and a proactive case management mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a personal injury caseload from initial client interview through litigation.
• Draft Bill of Particulars, discovery responses, demands and motions.

· Draft and argue substantive motions, including summary judgment motions (Labor Law §240 and §241(6)).

• Conduct and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, and experts)
• Appear regularly in court for conferences, hearings and oral arguments
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case development and an expedient discovery process
• Identify case value drivers and develop litigation strategy to maximize client recovery.

Qualifications:

• J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing).
• 4-8 years of litigation experience at a New York, plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical, with a strong ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases simultaneously.
• Not only proficient in Microsoft Office, but adaptable to new technologies and tools to better serve our clients.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment while maintaining ownership and accountability for assigned cases.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
