Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Corporate Recruiter** to join our human resources team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process to support our expanding agricultural, warehouse, and corporate operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our mission of delivering premium specialty produce across North America.
Key Responsibilities * **Full-Cycle Recruitment: ** Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for a variety of roles, including warehouse operations, logistics, sales, administrative, and specialized agricultural positions. * **Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: ** Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and local community resources to proactively source active and passive candidates. * **Screening & Interviewing: ** Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit. * **Collaboration: ** Partner closely with department heads and executive leadership to understand their specific staffing needs, team dynamics, and hiring timelines. * **Onboarding & Compliance: ** Assist with the offer letter process, background checks, and the initial stages of onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience and regulatory compliance. * **Employer Branding: ** Represent professionally at local job fairs and industry events, promoting our family-owned values and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Experience: ** 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within agriculture, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing sectors.
**Education: ** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
**Bilingual Skills: ** Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Vietnamese) is highly preferred due to our diverse workforce and market focus.
- **Technical Skills: ** Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS software, and professional sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- **Communication: ** Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. **Local Knowledge: ** Strong familiarity with the Inland Empire/San Bernardino labor market is a major plus.
