In this role, you will operate and oversee rotational molding machines, ensuring efficient production, safety compliance, and top-tier quality standards. Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor rotational molding machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robotic systems, and auxiliary equipment such as press brake machines and CNC lathes.
• Perform quality inspections using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring proper materials handling and storage procedures are followed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, industrial equipment malfunctions, or engineering problems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed production records, including measurements for quality control and process documentation.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

Experience

• Prior plastics production experience with plastics blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC machines, press brakes, robotic systems, or CNC lathes is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial troubleshooting techniques for mechanical or automation systems is essential.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and warehouse operations enhances your ability to contribute effectively.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations are required; proficiency with measurement tools like micrometers and calipers is a plus.
• Previous experience in materials handling, fabrication, or assembly within a manufacturing environment will support success in this role.
